Testing Your Alarm System
It is recommended that Alarm Systems be tested on a monthly basis and anytime phone service is performed within the home or facility.
It is imperative that the monitoring station be notified prior to performing any testing. Please dial 1-877-678-7178 and have your account number and any applicable password available. Once notification has been made, arm your system and trip a device.
Allow the alarm to run for at least 60 seconds before disarming. Repeat these steps several times before calling the monitoring station to verify that the test was successful, and to remove the system from test mode.
If the test was unsuccessful please contact us at 253-638-1792 to arrange a service call to check your system.
